Eva and Tony Divorce May Be Super Shock for Spurs

Eva-Longoria-Parker

UPDATE (11/17/2010 4:00 CT): It’s definitely D-I-V-O-R-C-E for Tony Parker and Eva Longoria. Desperate Housewives star Longoria had the divorce petition against Spurs star Parker filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday, People.com reports.

Longoria herself Tweeted the news to fans.

The petition, by Longoria’s high-profile Hollywood divorce lawyer Lance Spiegel, who has represented clients including Charlie Sheen, Michael Jackson and Heather Locklear, simply cites “irreconcilable differences” between Eva, 35, and Tony, who turned 28 in May.

But Mario Lopez of Extra! reports that Eva told him about finding hundreds of emails between Tony and a woman he was messing with…and worse, Lopez says they came from the wife of one of Tony’s teammates on the Spurs!

If this turns out to be true, that contract Parker just signed to stay on with the Spurs could generate some tough times in the team locker room.

This story can only get wilder.

The Jewish Federation of San Antonio has selected Sharon Mullen to become the new Director of the Holocaust Memorial Museum. Mullen has a wealth of experience as a Bilingual educator and instructional leader. For the past 20 years, she has worked in the book publishing business. She assumed the reins from retiring director Maxine Cohen on Aug. 1.

“I am very excited about becoming the director of the museum,” Mullen said. “It is going to be a privilege and an honor to serve the community. I am committed to providing Holocaust education to schools in South Texas, and to working directly with students to help them think critically about the choices they will make as they grow and mature into responsible, caring citizens.”
